Individual Therapy
In therapy, there is no cut and dry way to work with kids and teens. What works for one may not work with another. It is my role to figure out the best way to help your child/teen. I utilize various techniques and ensure a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Services are offered to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5-24 years.

Family Therapy
Family is often both a source of tremendous joy and complex challenges. The goal of family therapy is to work together to heal the mental, emotional or psychological problems that are negatively affecting your family life.
I believe in supporting the entire family and holding space for each family member to feel heard and understood.

Parent Support Sessions
Parenting is a rewarding, beautiful, and amazing role, but it also comes with its stresses, challenges, and uncertainties. When things get challenging, it’s ok to ask for some help.
Parent support sessions are a collaborative journey, where we work together to incorporate psychoeducational materials and resources to help you feel empowered to navigate challenging moments with confidence and a greater sense of calm.

Most of the services offered are covered by workplace health plans or health insurance. I am happy to talk with you further about this and answer any questions you might have.
At the end of each session, I will provide you with a receipt that contains all the necessary information to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
